Spring Health Solutions Ltd. (Spring) develops state-of-the-art insulin pumps for people with diabetes. Spring’s unique core technology relies on a spring as the driving force of insulin delivery and on pressure sensing technology to monitor and control insulin flow. This technology results in several benefits including substantial size and weight reduction, superior accuracy, safety and ease of use. Spring Zone Insulin Delivery System has been submitted for CE Mark approval, no significant delays in the approval process are expected since the first generation Spring ADI Insulin Pump had received both the CE-Mark and FDA clearance.  In addition, our Spring Universal Infusion Set (formerly Lighty DD), with the unique detachment detection mechanism, holds the CE-Mark and has been recieved FDA Health Canada clearance. We have commenced marketing and sales operations for both products in select markets in Europe.
