Efri Argaman, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Argaman has over 15 years of managerial experience. Prior to joining D-Medical, Mr. Argaman was the CEO of ITGI Medical Ltd. (TASE: ITGI), a public company engaged in R&D, manufacturing and sales of unique heterologous tissue covered stents. Previously he served as a business advisor and member of the Board of Directors of several public and private companies in the high tech industry and held senior positions at Ernst & Young’s high growth consulting practice in San Jose, CA and in Israel. Mr. Argaman has a B.A. in economics from the Haifa University and he is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel). |

Amir Loberman, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Loberman has 15 years of experience in senior level financial positions. Prior to joining D- Medical he served as VP and CFO of ITGI Medical Ltd. (TASE: ITGI), a medical device company focused on heterologus tissue covered stents, where he led the corporate finance activities including fund raising, investors’ relations and human resources. Prior to that, Mr. Loberman served as the CFO of A. Rosenfeld Shipping Ltd., a shipping and tourism company and at E&Y (Israel) as a manger and auditor of public and private companies, dealing with tax and accounting issues. Mr. Loberman has a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from Haifa University, and he is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).

Hezkiah Tsoory, Chief Operating Officer, has over 12 years of senior level experience in Operations, R&D and International business. Mr. Tsoory joined D. Medical after serving as the chief operating officer of Medical Compression Systems Inc., a medical device company engaged in blood circulation solutions, and vice president operations of MentorWave Technologies Ltd., which provides 3D visualization solutions. Prior to that, he served for more than four years as vice president of manufacturing technologies of Power Paper Ltd., a provider of next-generation, printable micro-powered devices technologies used for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes. Mr. Tsoory holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Management from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University for which he has received the Dow Jones Wall Street Journal Top Ranking Student award. |

Melissa Herrmann Dierks RD, LDN, CDE.
Senior Account Executive – US
Melissa brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the diabetes category to Spring. She formerly sold to hospital, professional, and strategic accounts for Johnson & Johnson Lifescan, Inc, as well as to physician accounts for CCS Medical. In addition to her sales and marketing background, Melissa has maintained the Certified Diabetes Educator credential for 20 years, and has extensive experience providing diabetes education and insulin pump training to both adults and children. Melissa combines this diabetes category experience and clinical background to provide consulting and launch services to industry. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and the dietetic internship program at Henry Ford Healthcare System.

Shmulik Mosqovitz. International Sales & Support Manager.
Shmulik comes to Spring from Animas distribution agency in Israel, growing in eight years from a field sales rep to a regional manager/product specialist position. He brings to Spring deep diabetes industry and insulin delivery systems product knowledge. Prior to working with Animas, Shmulik was a paramedic with Magen David Adom (the Israeli branch of the International Emergency Rescue Services). In parallel, he has served as a training specialist to nurses and physicians in cardiology and trauma departments. |
